E-antique has taken the responsibility of protecting the privacy of customers and users. Accordingly, we have prepared these privacy policy principles, which deal with the collection, use, publication, transfer and storage of customer data. Our activity on the Internet is in line with all the relevant actions and the relevant European Union legislation and the laws of the Republic of Estonia. The collection and use of personal data
Personal data is the data, which is collected by E-antique when implementing the contract that has been entered into with an individual, or in order to contact a person.

The personal data collection of a loyal customer may occur in the following manner:

• when entering your contact information (including your name, ID number, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address, preferred method of contact) on our website, or elsewhere (e.g. shops)

• from the account information or through cookies when a customer is visiting the website

• by saving the contact information or data regarding the buying preferences of a person during a purchase or placing an order in our online store (E-antique may ask to provide personal data and personal information voluntarily in certain areas of the website. The required personal data may include name, address, postcode, e-mail address, phone number and other data)

• when placing a hire-purchase request.

Collection of other data
.We collect non-personal data as well – data, which cannot be directly linked to a specific person (gender, age, language preference, location).

We may also collect data on aggregate customer activities on our website. These data are compiled and used for providing more useful information to customers, and finding out, which parts of the website, products and services are the most interesting. The aggregated data are treated as non-personal data in this privacy policy.

Use of the collected personal data
. The collected personal data helps us inform customers of E-Antique’s product news, promotions and upcoming events. A customer who does not wish to be in our news list or receive notifications about products that might interest him/her, can remove himself/herself from the list of target recipients at any time. We will also use the collected personal data for delivering goods and fulfilling our commitments to the customer.

In order to better serve the client, E-antique can disclose information about individual users to third parties who provide services to E-antique, and is liable for maintaining the confidentiality of the shared information in accordance with the agreement. A third party is for example our partner whose tasks include transporting of goods sold in the online store or offering a hire-purchase service.

Changing the collected personal data
- Personal data that has been collected for identifying a customer and for contacting him/her can be viewed, changed and modified on our website in the area “My information”.

In case of changing e-mail (E-antique website username), we ask you to notify us of this, because this cannot be changed by the customer himself/herself.

Protection of personal data
- E-antique implements all safety precautions (including administrative, technical and physical measures) to protect the customer’s personal data. Only authorized persons have access to modifying and processing the data.

Safety
All personal data of a customer that has become known in the course of visiting and shopping in E-antique online store will be treated as confidential information. Encrypted data transmission channel with banks ensures the security of the purchaser’s personal data and bank details.

Terms and changes in privacy policy
- By starting to use our website or filling out our loyal customer’s application, you confirm that you have acquainted yourself with these principles and terms and are agreeing to them. We reserve the right to change the general conditions of the privacy policy if necessary, informing all the loyal customers of this.
